What is GTmetrix?
GTmetrix measures how quickly a page becomes usable and shows exactly which requests are holding it back. We use it to turn vague complaints about a slow site into a fix list.
GTmetrix runs your page in a real browser from a chosen location and reports Core Web Vitals along with a waterfall of every request. The score is not the point. The waterfall is, because it shows whether your problem is a huge hero image, a render blocking script, a slow server response or a third party widget nobody remembers adding.
